All participants will be assigned an 8' table and two chairs prior to their arrival. Check-in with the Festival Organizers for assistance in finding your tables on our numbered table map or look for your table name.

Each table will have a table cloth on it, however, every organization is encouraged to bring their own table covering or cloth. If you are performing crafts, please be prepared to protect the linens we provide you.

An alternative plan may be developed with the Festival organizers in advance of the Festival.

Loading and Unloading Vehicles

All cars must be unloaded by 12:00 pm.

Festival participants who are carrying materials for your table may pull up to the ICC’s doors under the blue awning on the day of the event. Cars need to be moved immediately after unloading or loading to make way for other cars and ensure the safety of all parade participants.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests or needs at the festival please include them in your Festival Participation Form and/or coordinate with Tyler Arrigo at 978-934-6554 or Tyler_Arrigo@uml.edu.

Special requests include among others:

  • Do you need electricity?

  • Does your organization have a fitted tablecloth? How big is it? Many are 6' and don't fit on our standard 8' tables.

  • Do you want to be near another organization you collaborate with?

WiFi Access

If you need WiFi during the festival or have a mobile point-of-sale device that requires access to the internet. You can use the “umlicc” Network. The WiFi Password is UMass!17

Alternative Solution: You can register for guest access on the UMass Lowell network.

Click here for Instructions on getting UMass Lowell Guest WiFi Network access.

NOTE: If you require WiFi as part of your table we strongly recommend leaving time for troubleshooting. Access can take longer than normal, if numerous people are seeking access at the same time.

Suggested Parking

Parking is available in the city of Lowell Garages. We recommend parking in the nearby Lower Locks Garage. Street parking is also free on Sundays in the City of Lowell.
