Explore how the LGBTQ+ community in Lowell shaped the changing social and political landscapes of this city’s past and present.
Lowell Walks is a series of guided walking tours of Lowell. The series seeks to support community voices as they share their historical knowledge, experiences, and unique perspectives on a diverse range of topics that can broaden or understandings and deeper our appreciation for the city of Lowell. Tours are about 90 minutes, are free, and include a moderate amount of walking. No reservations are necessary, and tours are conducted rain or shine.
