Lowell Sustainability Council Annual Summit

Join the Lowell Sustainability Council (LSC) for its 5th Annual Sustainability Summit! The summit will be held at the Lowell Telemedia Center in Lowell, MA and include presentations on current efforts in Lowell, an interactive global climate solutions activity called the En-ROADS Climate Action Simulation, and awards to student climate change action project winners. Tentative agenda can be found below:

10:00am – Networking and Coffee from Brew’d Awakening

10:10am – LSC Accomplishments 2020-2021 & City Energy Manager, Katherine Moses

10:30am – Keynote Speaker: Ruairi O’Mahony, Executive Director of UMass Lowell Rist Institute for Sustainability and Energy

11:00am – En-ROADS Climate Action Simulation led by Carolyn McCarthy

12:30pm – Lunch

1:00pm – Youth Climate Change Action Awards
