Bernie Zelitch, founder of the By Annie Powell project, will discuss how he found the photographer Annie Powell, who photographed the streets and life of Lowell from 1891-1952. The inset photo is of Annie Powell. The house in the Lowell Highlands is where Annie Powell lived the last three years of her life. Bernie contacted the family and identified her effects in 2021, 69 years after her death at 92 in 1952.
