A review and reconstruction of the events leading to Neal Cassady and LuAnne Henderson’s 1946 arrival in New York City prior to the opening of On the Road. The presentation includes photographs of the places where the events occurred and the behind-the-scenes people who took part in their story. Conflicting information from earlier biographies in reconciled. An online map will also be shown.
