Location Of Parade Check-In and Starting Process

The parade check-in process and pre-parade activities are offered at the Lowell National Historical Park Visitors Center: 247 Market Street, Lowell, MA 01852. Only owners in the parade are to report here.

Location Of Festival

The festival will be held at the UMass Lowell Inn & Conference Center: 50 Warren St, Lowell, MA 01852. All owners are to report here unless they are in the parade.


Key Festival & Parade Times

The festival itself runs from 12:30 to 4 pm.

  • The earliest you can setup/park is 11:00 am

  • Festival Doors Open: 12:30 pm

  • Parade Arrives: between 12:45 pm and 1 pm *Busiest time starts after the parade arrives. Be ready!

  • Festival Doors Close: 4:00 pm

Drive Electric Parking Spot Information & Site Map

All participants and dealers will be assigned a parking spot prior to their arrival. They must position their car(s) in the designated space(s) at the direction of the organizers.
