Meet Laura Lee, the owner and founder of Roots and Spoon. With a culinary background and a strong love of supporting local farms, and once a farmer herself, Laura Lee has canned jams, jellies, and pickles as well as created delicious recipes for over a decade using seasonal and locally grown produce.
