2nd Annual Lowell City of Learning Awards Ceremony

Please join us for a celebration of learning. The 2nd Annual Patrick J. Mogan Learning City Award will be presented to Jane Calvin, Executive Director at the Lowell Parks & Conservation Trust for her dedication to environmental education, land conservation, historic preservation and urban forestry.
